    Hotel was fine. Dining in the restaurant ? for what was touted as fine Dining, both our meals were barely warm and my side dish of au gratin potatoe was cold. Service and wine great.

    Great modern hotel at a lovely destination. Friendly staff and nice food in the restaurant. Very special thanks to the 2 maintenance guys who went out of their way to help my family when we had issues with our car. We will be back!

    Nice and new. CS is good but could be improved but in saying that they are helpful. Might be lacking in training or guildlines so not the individuals fault.

    After 10 days I am still waiting for a response to my problem. I inadvertently took a bottle of wine from the bar fridge instead of my own which was next to it. Charged $29.35 and offered to pay the difference between what I paid for my bottle and their (overpriced) bottle. I was told "licencing laws" wouldn't allow it and they would check and get back to me. Still waiting after 2 phone calls, each time I was promised the manager would contact me. And I had to ask for my room to be serviced after the first night.
